New year came up with new challenges. IBM went into growth again after 23 quarters. My team shrink a little by end of 2017, but grew again.
I became Certified IBM Mentor, assigned to new project, still being manager of ABAP developers in 2 locations, changed the way of interviews, delivered yearly performance reviews with my guys, planned some promotions for my guys. Fixed new benefits for all employees, came with new ideas how to make things better for new joiners, but also for those, who came for interview to us.
This year is gonna be full of challenges, both in personal life as well as in work life.
